William “Bill” Highfill is the President and CEO of Stinson Commercial Cleaning Services, Inc., bringing more than 34 years of leadership experience in regulated service industries. His background includes aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership.

Under Bill's leadership, Stinson Commercial Cleaning Services delivers professional janitorial and facility maintenance solutions to commercial, medical, industrial, automotive, and aviation clients, with a commitment to exceptional service and long-term customer relationships.

Ronald Highfill

Ronald is a results-driven business professional with more than a decade of leadership experience in the automotive industry. Starting in sales at age 18, he advanced quickly by building strong teams, developing lasting client relationships, and consistently delivering results. By 26, he became General Sales Manager at one of the nation’s largest family-owned BMW dealerships, helping earn recognition as a Top 30 BMW dealership.

Now 30, Ronald has joined his father in growing their family’s commercial cleaning business. He brings a strong background in leadership, operations, customer service, and team development, with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

A dedicated husband and father, Ronald enjoys golfing, networking, and spending time with family and friends.
